All BiasPics products are made to order after you place your order. Production time varies by item:

⏱️ We aim to start production on the same day the order is placed, depending on order volume.

📦 Estimated Delivery Time (After Production)

Once your order ships, estimated delivery time is:

15 — 25 calendar days

🎤 Concert tip: If your order is for a concert or special event, we strongly recommend ordering at least 15 calendar days in advance.

Shipping fees are based on your location and order weight.

Free shipping applies automatically to qualifying orders (e.g. over $39.99 in the U.S.).

No Customs Duties – Prepaid Worldwide

We prepay all customs duties and taxes. You will not be charged anything extra at delivery — what you pay at checkout is all you pay.

🛡️ Lost or Damaged Packages

We take full responsibility for any packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. Just contact us — we'll offer a free replacement or full refund depending on your preference.

⏱️ The "We Know You're Waiting" Promise

If your order hasn't shipped within 10 business days of placement (standard processing), we'll automatically refund 10% of your order total. No need to chase us — we'll handle it.
