How do I create my custom photocard?
Choose your product, upload your image, adjust your design, then add it to your cart. Our team will produce your custom photocard with professional printing quality.
What image quality should I upload?
For the best result, upload JPG or PNG images with high resolution. We recommend clear photos with at least 300 DPI.
Can I customize both front and back?
Yes. BiasPics supports fully personalized front and back designs. You can upload different images for each side, creating a unique photocard that tells your story.
How long does production take?
Production usually takes 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. Glossy and Matte photocards are typically produced within 72 hours.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery time:
- Production: 3–7 business days
- Shipping: 7–15 business days (depending on destination)
Total estimated time: 10–22 business days.
Can I order photocards for fan events?
Yes! BiasPics supports concert freebies, birthday events, fan projects, and bulk orders. Contact us for special quantity pricing.
Can I return customized products?
Because customized products are made specifically for you, returns are generally unavailable unless there is a printing defect or product issue. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days with photos of the issue.
How do I claim the free photocards?
New customers can claim 10 free photocards with their first order. Simply choose any photocard product and upload your images — the discount will be applied automatically at checkout. No code required.
I only have a few photos — can I make multiple copies easily?
Yes. In the editor, you can set the quantity for each uploaded image individually. This allows you to create multiple copies of the same photo quickly, even if you only upload a few images.
Will my images be reviewed before printing?
Yes. Before printing, all uploaded images are reviewed by our professional design team. We check for clarity, cropping, and overall print suitability. If necessary, we may make minor adjustments to ensure the best results.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, changes may be possible before production begins. If you need to update your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@biaspics.com.
Will I need to pay customs or extra fees?
In most cases, no additional customs duties or fees are required, as they are prepaid by BiasPics. However, if you choose an upgraded shipping service such as DHL or UPS, additional import handling fees may apply depending on your destination country.
What is your return policy?
Because each product is custom-made, returns are not accepted without a valid reason. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with quality issues, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
